Construction Diary: The Road to October 2027

Every rupee you pay at BIDC is tied to construction you can see. Here is the sequence the estate follows.

Mar 2026 — Soft launch and approval

The cluster was approved by the Govt. of Haryana and bookings opened.

Jan 2027 — Roads and boundary

The 60.5 ft RCC internal road grid and the campus boundary take shape.

Apr 2027 — Power, CETP and STP

Independent industrial feeders are energised; the effluent and sewage treatment plants are commissioned inside the boundary.

Oct 2027 — Infrastructure complete

The full estate is ready — build, lease, produce.
